After pre-treatment such as sorting and crushing, the domestic wastes enter a dryer through the waste feeding system for drying the material to with less than 20% moisture content.
The 80% moisture content sludge from the municipal sewage treatment plant would be first conditioned and modified, then decreased to below 60% moisture by plate-frame filter press; then, the sludge is transported to the mud-cake silo.
Project designed processing capacity of 30 t/d (moisture content 80%), core pyrolysis system covers an area of 300 square meters, 30kW installed power, sludge carbonization time is 60 minutes, exhaust gas emitted after being treated to the standard.
